The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of The Dawn Treader is a 2010 fantasy-adventure film and the 3rd movie of The Chronicles of Narnia film series. It is based on the novel series by C.S. Lewis entitled "The Voyage of The Dawn Treader." It stars Georgie Henley, Skandar Keynes, Ben Barnes, Will Poulter, Liam Neeson, Simon Pegg and directed by Michael Apted. The movie is set to be released in traditional 2D, RealD 3D and Digital 3D in the United States on December 10, 2010. The journey takes Edmund Pevensie, Lucy Pevensie, their cousin Eustace Scrubb and King Caspian to the Eastern Islands, beyond the Silver Sea. Their mission, on which rests the fate of Narnia itself, takes the courageous voyagers to mysterious islands, a river that turns to gold, confrontations with magical creatures and sinister enemies.
